There’s some new functions on wordpress so I figured I’d try some of them out. I was going to add this to the sidemenu but it was too wide to fit and the submit button was getting cut off…so I just figured I’ll add it to the blog. Here’s the first poll of the day.

I was going to blog this last night but I was too tired after my cousin’s baby shower. I’m sure by now y’all know the theme for the past two weeks as well as the theme for the next couple of months…I freaking miss Tina. Serious. You ever feel alone even though you’re surrounded by people. Shit, I’ve been feeling like that ever since I’ve been back. Moreso now with the holidays around. I’m sure y’all know what I mean.

It sorta sucks more now cuz my stupid phone is off. Well, until I get it cut back on. We were talking this morning when Tina got back home from dropping off Cam at school and it just cut off right at 5am (8am her time). Sucks. I’ll get it cut back on later today but hell, I really shouldn’t even be dealing with this if I was still with her right now. Just trying to maintain and stay focused on gettin’ back there.

February still seems far away but it’ll come around before you know it…at least that’s what I’m hoping on. I hate the blahs. SotD is Dierks Bentley “Feel the Fire”. I was going to post up “You Look Good In My Shirt” since Tina’s wearing one of my button down shirts right now, along with my gray UP hoodie, but I think I’ve already used that as SotD previously. Plus this is a cool Dierks song that would come on alot on the radio when we’d go on one of our drives. Damn I miss those too.

The weather’s ridiculous in Lex right now too. Snow, icy roads, 17F lows and 24F highs! And…tomorrow it’s supposed to be 60F. Talk about crazy weather. I wish I was there in the crazy weather tho’. *sigh*
